NEWLY SURFACED LENNON SIGNED IMAGINE ALBUM???

What's your opinions on this Lennon autographed IMAGINE album from WFIL?

I believe it's AUTHENTIC. That would make it one only 12? Known to exist. I used to own one and sold it at GOTTAHAVEROCKANDROLL auctions. This has probably one of the best placed signatures I've seen on an IMAGINE album. It also has the doodle and the year, which is rare for WFIL. I only know of a few others with the doodle.

I feel it is very similar to this WFIL signed TWO VIRGINS.

Pictured is another from WFIL with the doodle and year which looks like it reads 78 but its 75.

Also pictured is a 1975 test press album inner sleeve signed by John. Pretty similar doodle and date formations.

I like the fact it has the doodle and year which is SPOT ON to my eyes. It gives more forensics for you to look at other than an autograph which can be practiced over and over.

You traded the guitar for 150 albums you got less than $15,000 total for? You could get a $100,000+ for a genuine Lennon-signed guitar.

Correction: clise to 250 albums not 150. typo. I don't think so about the $100,000. Probably $40k at most. Especially considering the one signed to Jesse only sold for 21,420 gbp.

Very similar formations in the tail end.

Also this one is kinda similar in its beginning formations to the imagine album I posted.

This one I sold. I got it & it came with the WFIL flyer in the same condition. I put the napkin in a rice paper innersleeve for vinyl and it stayed there & I misplaced it for 2 years! I had the flyer in a sleeve and when I couldn't find the napkin I sold the flyer at the ARCA record show in Birmingham, Alabama. I recently found the napkin after buying records and putting them in rice paper inner-sleeves and found it in the stack I had. So this one came with the flyer. They had food and drinks at the event. Got a drink and a napkin abs got John to sign the napkin. It's fragile and it being in the sleeve saved it.
