What is the history of this signature?  I am concerned about it being so abbreviated and rushed.  When was it said to have been signed?

I honestly couldn't say. It was part of a purchase in a collection many years ago. People do sign rushed signatures all the time... I certainly have my fair share of those types from doing alot of in person autographing.

Agreed.  If it's a recent in-person signature it may be authentic.  Otherwise I have my doubts.

I haven't seen many signatures with the larger H and J, but that's just me.  The whole signature looks stretched out.  Personally, I'd try to go for more modern signatures as they are more known in terms of authenticity.  Here is one I have that maybe you can base your searching on; there's a lot out there if you look in the right places:

Huh?  H and F you mean?  Plus, I'm not on the search for Harrison Ford signatures, this is one I own that I was trying to get some thoughts on. Thanks for the help anyways.

Yes F.  My fault.  It is probably good, Im not a Ford expert but I am just commenting.  It's probably genuine.

Thanks for the help...  I think I'm gonna come to the conclusion that it was a legitimate rushed signature. Obviously there are tons of times when they just scribble quicker just to sign it and move on, believe me I've done my fair share of autographs in person. I just don't see any major red flags to it in my opinion. Plus, if you're gonna fake it, why not on Star Wars or Indiana Jones.. but hey, I realize they may still do it on anything.

Good point.  If you are happy with it that is all that matters.
