A newbie here. I  have been a collector and Fan since I was a young kid. My PAPI was an avaid Fan many years ago. early 20's.I recieved his collection from after his passing..  I did bodyguard security work for many years in the Seattle/Tacoma area. I saw many STARS..

I used to be STARSTUCK.. NOT NOW.. What I look for in collecting is this..When I purchase autographs I first look AWAY  from Ebay.. I seek other places.. Ebay is the world's LARGEST garage  Estate sale.

I look all over the internet GOOGLE or BING an Persons  signature.. Then look who has it. do they have a number to call.. Call the number see what happens.. Ask different questions and go from thier.

When I purchase an item. RETURN POLICY...RARITY...HOW MANY DO THEY HAVE?.. WILL THEY PRICE MATCH....U WOULD BE SURPRISED....

i call all of my autographs over 100.00 INVESTMENTS... THESE ARE LONG TERM INVESTMENTS.

I WILL SAY I HAVE DELT WITH WORLDOFAUTOGRAPHS.COM BEFORE AND I AM TO THIS DAY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE..THEIR PRICES ARE A BIT STEEP... BUT SO FAR I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THIER SERVICE.

EBAY IS THE LAST PLACE I BUY MY AUTOGRAPHS FROM... ON EBAY I LOOK FOR FEEDBACK....RATINGS...HOW MANY DO THEY HAVE OF THE SAME PERSON..I WILL LOOK AT FEEDBACK HOW MANY TIME HAVE THEY SOLD AN ARTIST WITH THE SAME PICTURE FOR HOW MUCH. I LOOK AT THE STORY BEHIND THE SIGNATURE. EVERYONE OF THEM HAS A STORY..SEE ALSO IF WILL THEY PRICE MATCH IF IT IS FOR BUY IT NOW. U WOULD BE SURPRISED HOW MUCH MONEY I HAVE SAVED.. WHEN I DON'T HEAR BACK FROM THEM I REMEMBER THAT NAME AND CHOOSE NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

LOA AND COAS ARE A WASTE OF TIME.. ITS THE DEALER THAT STANDS BEHIND HIS OR HER PRODUCT THAT MATTERS MOST TO ME.

I HAVE MET ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE IN MY SECURITY CAREER.. INFAMOUS AND FAMOUS..THE EXPERIENCES ARE WONDERFUL AND NOT SO WONDERFUL IAM INDEED BEEN BLESSED.. I APPRECIATE THE SIGNATURES MY GRANDFATHER  "PAPI" PASS ONTO ME.

MONEY IS TIGHT NOW ADAYS COLLECT FOR THE LOVE OF IT.. INVEST TO ENJOY.. AND SHARE WITH PEOPLE YOU LOVE... I HAVE AND DO IT HAS COME BACK TO ME TEN FOLD.

Thanks for your wonderful email. You told a great story. I also buy from Jared Mast at Autographs For

Sale. I have found him to be fair, kind and price competitive with his higher end signatures.

I'm glad I finally found someone who has dealt with him like I have.

Thanks for that inquiry Steve. I'm curious to know what you find out. I think Jared Mast, the owner of Autographs For Sale, is a nice guy and gets all his more expensive pieces authenticated through PSA/JSA/Roger Epperson. He's gone to Frank as well.

I strongly believe he is above board. I'm curious to know what the community thinks.
