Hello everyone,

I just wanted to ask for opinions about one more tonight. Personally i dont really care either way on this one, because im not a big Miley fan, but i thought i would ask anyway because it has been in my uncertain pile for a long time. I received this through a trade, but really dont know Miley well enough to make an informed opinion. I tried looking for PSA and IP examples, but saw several different styles, and i couldnt tell for sure. Just wondering if anyone has any opinions good or bad. Thanks for your time and reading
