Packers Helmet Legit?

I would love to have this in my home as a huge Packers fan. But you know...too good to be true?

I asked him about a hologram and who the COA is from and no word back from this guy on LetGo. But I thought I'd ask you experts if you've seen this before?

Is it real ya think?!

Well, just a few quick observations based on what I can see - that piece of paper says it was signed at a private signing (I think that's what it says), which is almost certainly not the case. It really looks like something that was signed at training camp circa 2009/2010. Certain things look okay, but everything looks rushed - that Clay looks particularly ugly (go to Waukesha Sports Cards site and you'll see the difference).
