How about these 2 Paul autographs.


The top one is a page from an autograph book  with no COA?

The bottom one is a signed b&w photo with COA?.

Any thoughts?

No idea on the signatures but that COA is laughable: "verified & approved by a governing body".  

Which "governing body"?  🤔

Even if it's ultimately legitimate, whoever issued that COA needs a new copy editor.
