Beatles / Paul McCartney - good or bad?

Please let me know what you think about this Paul McCartney, claimed to been signed in the late 60s. The seller have previously sold genuine ones, but that's no guarantee...

I am right in the middle on this one.  There some things I don't like about it, but some things that look positive.

I also have doubts about this one, which to me doesn't appear consistent with his late-60's signature style.

i am going to say no on this one. the paul looks wrong, and the m, into c. but alot of it looks pretty ok. if it is real, i would guess 1966, and no later. if it is fake, it is a pretty good try.
