I really can't see the "Paul" too well, but from what I can see, I don't like it.

What is it about it that don't you like if I may ask??
I thought that a forger might steer clear from writing loads of writing like 'all the best' and even steer clear from doing the smiley face doodle, I've seen authentic examples with this smiley face doodle.
The start of 'Paul' is not really clear but looks like this in comparison to a friends Paul McCartney which he got himself in person.

I don't think the "all the best" looks like his hand-writing.  I think the McCartney is shaky, and I don't feel the Paul looks correct.  Perhaps Ballroom or one of the other members can also comment.

I also spotted this on saleroom. What turned me off was the "t" in "McCartney." His t's usually are sharp and not rounded. This one looks too well rounded.

I just couldn't get my head round why a forger would go through so much grief to go and forge the inscription 'all the best' including the smiley face aswell as writing paul's sig.. Wouldn't a forger just try to write Paul's sig and not the rest? He must of gone through dozens of photos to get a half decent one aswell

I agree that the inscription looks a bit unusual, particularly the "s". However, the positive characteristics of both the inscription and signature are pretty overwhelming in my opinion. I'd actually be surprised if this isn't authentic.

you could be right, Ballroom. but I would feel better if I had a better view of the Paul.

I'm really not seeing the overwhelming positives.

If you go to the-saleroom.com, you can zoom in and get a better view of the "Paul" portion of the signature.

I checked it out.  sorry, still not sold on it.  I don't like the Paul at all, and the McC is jumpy.  just my opinion.
