why is the pen sitting next to the signature? Im on the fence with this one.

It appears to be two pages, but it's actually only one page.

thanks guys appreciate your feedback,yes it's one page and the pen is part of the picture,looks deceiving but it is all one sheet,songbook cover...thanks matt
