Paul McCartney Signed Page??

Is this an authentic McCartney. Seller States it as an in person but am wary. Amy opinions appreciated :)

Does the seller say when it was signed? McCartney is a little sloppy these days when he signs.

Nowhere near the recent McCartney's I have obtained in person (see the other thread in Beatles subforum)... I have seen quite a few ones and never seen "C" like this...
