That photo is too low quality to give an opinion on. I will say photos this poor quality are usually trying to hide something.

I didn't think you were trying to hide anything. But enhancing the image doesn't work. You need a high-resolution image just the way it was taken to be able to tell how it was signed in hand, printed, transferred, signed by machine, etc.
