Peach of a John & Yoko item - worth £12.5k?

I just noticed this signed copy of Grapefruit. Apparently dedicated to Dick Cavett and possibly signed when John & Yoko appeared on his show in September 1971. If the Cavett show connection can be proved do people think this is worth the £12.5k asking price. In my view it might be.

IMHO maybe a slight premium but nowhere near $12k
