It's a goody and I would say late 60's early 70's. I have a Marquee '66 autograph that just says Pete in exactly the same format and style (but no Townsend added).

Thanks MarkG. Actually 1975. This is in a calendar book for that year and includes a number of signatures on the blank pages in the back. The signature on the reverse side is Thaddeus Richard who played sax and flute with Wings during that period.
