President George H.W. Bush signed photo / Authentic or not?

Hello guys! 

I'm looking at a signed photo of the late President George H.W. Bush (1924-2018) on eBay that I would like to buy, but I need to know if the signature is authentic. Any opinions would be helpful. I hope someone here can help me figure out if this is the 'real deal' or not. Please let me know what you think of the signature.

It looks very shaky, rushed(he didn't rush for anyone...lol) and unlike the IP I got in the late 90s.

Very hard to tell on this one.  You'd have a hard time getting it to pass certification.

Not authentic IMO
