President Obama's Signature on Basketball Authentication

Hi, I have attached pictures of the basketball, signature, and the COA. But the COA is issued by Gallery of Dreams, and I cannot find too much information about them online, other than the fact they have be involved with a few faked signatures. I would appreciate any input. Thank you so much.
