President Ronald Reagan

Can anyone help me out with this Reagan ball that someone is trying to sell me. I think this ball may be legit, but I have a couple of issues and want to see if you all agree. Thanks in advance for your time and opinions!

I don't like the size of the signature; nor do I care for the "R"s. Not a Reagan expert, but I'd pass on it.

I have reagan on a ball and it is half the size of this. I do not like this signature at all.
