Profiles in Courage - 1st edition - Unknown autograph on author's page

I bought a house that had a 1st edition copy of Profiles in Courage in the attic with an unrecognized autograph on the authors page. I do not think it is JFK, but I was wondering if anyone had an idea on the origin?
