Psa is so overpriced. I have an ali auto I was looking at certing for resale but they want 100$ just to authenticate. It's only a cut so not worth much more than that anyway. It's a waste of money IMO.

What do you guys think

I agree with much of what you're saying. For bigger name celebrities, the cost can be pretty high. Okay, we all know that PSA/DNA doesn't always get it right. More often than not, yes, but still... Yet many people just won't trust an autograph without a PSA or JSA cert. But the problem is it can just be too expensive to get everything authenticated by PSA or JSA.

I have one JFK autograph, and soon I will have two. Both are authentic which I know for sure. But to get both authenticated by either PSA or JSA would cost me $300. That's not cheap, and that is why a lot of people don't do it. One of the JFK's is a signed copy of "Profiles in Courage" that comes with a sworn affidavit from the women who got the book signed by JFK in-person in 1957 along with a detailed account of how it all happened. To me, a sworn affidavit (a legal document given under oath) is better than a PSA/DNA sticker.

But anyway, getting everything authenticated can simply be cost-prohibitive.

slap  a PSA sticker on Sophia Loren  8x10 and ask for $90

which celebrities are over 20$ for authentication for PSA ?

Babe Ruth - $300
JFK - $150
Paul McCartney - $100
Michael Jackson - $100
Ronald Reagan - $150

and many, many more

I wanna say Elvis is $150 for the one time I screwed up and sent it to PSA.

Exactly why I trust my own eye and the opinions of people here rather than wasting cash on stickers.

$100 for a Mantle authentication when they can most likely tell in about 2 seconds... lol. No thanks!
