Queen authenticity of signatures?

Hi all, 

I’m new here, but was hoping someone could help authenticate this signed vinyl record up for sale at a local auction house I’m interested in buying. Owner claims all four members of Queen legitimately signed. Is this true? Are some real but some not? 

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

In my opinion this has no chance of being real. 

But I will also add that I’m no expert, so wait for more members to help out!

All signed by the same hand, it looks like. Not genuine.
