So, I purchased two items off of eBay that are Queen-related.  The first one is a slip of paper that the seller states was signed "in-person" by someone associated with their family or a close friend at Veteran's Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, Arizona on 3/1/77 (Thin Lizzy was the opening act).

The second was purportedly from a personal collection and was signed by Freddie Mercury, it is the Barcelona 7" single.

The thing is, both of them failed authentication by James Spence Authentication yesterday (irregular pressure points, etc.)

I'm no expert so I though that I would share them here to see what the community thinks, especially regarding the full band one.  Images are attached.  Thoughts?  Many thanks in advance! JLaffite

Both horrible fakes

Impressively bad, actually...Ryan, Ive been studying queen and only queen sigs for 40 years. If you're after queen, I'd be happy to keep my eyes open for you and let you know when a genuine set pops up online anywhere. On this site, Richard Booth has a genuine set available for purchase. But please know Freddie and Queen are never cheap. A fully signed item (even paper) is in the thousands.

Please try to get your money back for these two pieces.

Yes, please do let me know, I’d really appreciate the heads up.  I want a genuine piece, preferably with all four members, but with Freddie at the very least.

And thanks for the prompt and helpful reply.  I have already opened cases with PayPal for each.

Best Regards,

Ryan
