They are genuine but they were used for reprints and etched in their 'Scandal' singles in the wax. I couldn't tell you if this is the original or just another reprinted item from the photo. 

Edit: Actually, this is a promo reprint. Just double checked. There was the Scandal single etched in wax and these Parlophone facsimiles.
