I also got 2 cds for the $19.99 PRICE but still waiting for  It is a shame they did it.  But by worst DEATH rate hike is at the Charlie Daniels band site.  They were "SOLD OUT" everything for awhile, then "FOUND" items at double of preDEATH price. Before death bought his signed "Empty Seats" book for $25 each.  Now they found signed "bookplates" and sell it for $50 now.

+1 on the charlie daniels book....i got suckered in to buying the $50, actually it was $45 then a day later they jumped it to $50...weird...anyways he signed the book plate upside down.......
