Might be authentic -- REM is easily forged though.  I'd want more information about the seller.

Thanks Bruce. All I know is the guy is an old punk groupie from the UK, specifically the west portobello area. Got stuff signed himself, but not this one. Claims he would trade often with dealers and other collectors whom he trusted, but now that leaves the question open to authenticity. Appreciate you chiming in on it.
