Radiohead PSA - additional opinions needed

I have never seen any examples where most of the members signed their last names, including Thom.....anyone else have any examples or opinions on the attached? 

has a full letter from PSA and the lot checks out

Can't speak to the rest, but that certainly appears authentic vintage 1993/94 Thom.
