Rare Dwight D. Eisenhower 1952 signed letter regarding "crusade" for "good government" and a "world at peace"

I thought you guys would like to know that I am currently selling, on Ebay, an original hand signed typed letter by President Dwight D. Eisenhower from October 24, 1952. The letter was hand signed by Eisenhower on his special campaign train, where, on October 24, 1952, he gave his famous "I shall go to Korea" speech in Detroit, Michigan--which was broadcasted nationally via radio. This famous speech clinched the American presidency for Eisenhower, by exploiting confidence that his previous military experience would allow him to bring the Korean War to a quick and honorable conclusion. The themes stated in the letter--"our crusade for good government and a world at peace"--were stated in the speech, and conjured images of Eisenhower's successful overseeing of the Normandy invasion in 1944. A truly historic letter!

David,

I'm sorry, but this site isn't for advertising items for sale on eBay. We have a buy/sell/trade group for items listed here, but that's it. We'll let this run but I wanted to give you a heads up for the e future.

Thanke
