Hello Martin.

These autographs don't look like any of the members of Ratt's autographs. So I don't know who signed the album. Maybe another band?

Many thanks Bjarne/William for your help! Going to wipe/clean away these signatures now.

These are certainly NOT Ratt autographs. I haven't a clue who they are!

maybe only a support act... LoL

I´m curious how original RATT signatures look like!

found that one here - could These be authentic?

 Info from seller:

This is a rare fully signed copy of this RATT debut five song mini-LP from 1983 released on the small independent Time Coast label out of CA.  I didn't get the signatures myself, I actually bought this LP at a legendary NYC record shop called Bleeker Bob's sometime during the 10 years I lived up there, they've sinced closed to make room for a Starbucks or something- but they were an amazing shop that was there for 30+ years and used to often get signed stuff from music industry people in the city.  The cover is in nice shape, has some signs of handling but no major flaws and the sinatures aren't worn/smeared.  The LP itself has some wear, it actually has some sort of 'dent' in the vinyl on the last track which doesn't look good, but plays through fine.  However, I've taken photos of it and graded the LP as VG, so please take note.  The cover/autographs are the most interesting/important part of this package anyway, it would be easy enough to find a copy of this LP to switch if you wanted, or just get this thing framed and display it- would look great! Please see my other items for simliar LPs for sale this week, heavy metal test pressings, and other rare items.

it is the same marker, but the signatures looks different....

Sorry, but these are not genuine signatures from RATT.
