Hi, I bought this in 2003 from Vintage 429 in New Orleans. Need to sell it. I do have a COA and can get my money back. I had one opinion that this is fake but no update yet as to why. I bought this for 1,200. Thank you an relevant input. Delmar Twistol

I just filed a complaint on the New Orleans BBB. I feel if this guy's signature is on my COA stating a refund and he is still part owner of the new store it should not matter if the gallery is under a different name. Shouldn't the signature be binding? Wonder if I have to go to Nola to small clams court? :-)

the guy will have the legals all tied up especially from so long ago and with a name change the chance unfortunately of you getting your money back by legal means is zero ,the same guy or his relations may probably still run the current shop.... find out if hes still there and call round with some LARGE friends

LOL, unfort. I live in Massachusetts. Isnt a signature still binding. I may be able to go after him and not the store.

id like to think so but honestly i think you would be wasting your time and money

Just have to learn from the experience.

true i think everyones had a similar experience at one time or another
