The Fan Club card was signed on their behalf by Neil Aspinall. The Ringo signed LP looks good to me.

The album looks OK to me...the 1963 promo card is signed by Beatles road manager, Neil Aspinall. He signed LOTS of items on behalf of The Beatles.
