Real Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams?

Just found this on eBay. The listing says it's from an estate sale. The signatures look fairly authentic, but I'm not an expert. Can anyone offer an opinion? Thanks!

Here is a quick comparison, upside down and backward so the eye is not fooled by the "normal" letter shapes/similarities and can focus unhindered (more or less) on slants, relationships, forms, volumes of negative spaces, pressure (in negative) etc:

It is the same hand - it is authentic to me eye. That seems a well priced set of vintage signatures on a vintage publicity photo on eBay.
