Recognize this signature?

I hope I posted this in the right discussion; does anyone recognize this signature? My first thought was Ronald Reagan but I could not find one that looked like this. It is to Al Jarreau from a benefit concert in 1991. Thanks.

I think the clue is on the poster — Rosemary Clooney.
