Eric Clapton Autographed Signed Drumhead?? (facsimile signed auctions) by "rockstarautographs2013"

The title of these auctions are really deceiving for eBay members out there, who don't pick up on the word facsimile. I understand eBay allows reprint items, such as photos, but how is this seller allowed to throw on his own autographs by hand and be able to sell them as facsimile autograph reprints?

Thanks BallroomDays67. I changed my question around and deleted a number of the pictures I originally posted, because when I first saw that seller's listing, I actually didn't notice the word facsimile within the description. I relisted the Jim Morrison guitar, to compare it to what you posted.
