Ringo Signed Artwork?

Here is a piece of artwork part of the Gartlan series with a cut Ringo signature.  Comes with all the paperwork but the signature looks a bit odd to me. Any other thoughts?

These were issued in 2000...Ringo signed 500 of these...this is fine.
