Ringo Starr autograph

I Recently purchased on eBay a autograph photo of Ringo Starr that came with a COA  ( see links) and wanted to know if anyone can tell me if it's legit or not  in their opinion. It's a nice reproduction photo and I compared it to his signature on other items online but, I can't tell. Any reply would be welcome. Thanks in advance!
