Just received my signed copy of the "zine" version from Amazon UK today. There is a signed postcard in the book, it is signed

RITA

ORA

in gold marker pen. Literally, her name spelled out and a heart. Could be signed by an apprentice at the Amazon warehouse for what I know. I can take a photo of the postcard if that helps in this discussion.

It looks NOTHING like the signature on Kdavies12' copy.

Similar to Mikhell's on page 1? Do you mind if I ask the size of the postcard in inches? Mikhell said its A4 sized. Just trying to gauge the best to buy from, either merchbar that is shipping from uk and it says signed print CD or from Newbury which is the Zine, unsure where its shipping from.

Sorry, didn't see his post on page 1. Yes, the signature is identical, but the postcard is about a standard "tourist" postcard size, around A6 size. The photo is not the same as in Mikhell's post, it's just the normal front photo from the "zine" version, Rita sitting in a chair at a make-up table.

thank you so much! I think I'm probably going to go with the Zine then in hopes that its going to be similar.

I had an update from Banquet (I didn’t request one so must be a blanket response):-

that's nice but that's pretty much the same message we got from Ozzy's, Alicia's, Hank Jrs, and a bunch of other artists' teams and we knew those were fake, that being said I have no clue if these are real or not. the buzz about it on Twitter has mostly died down from what I've seen, other than a few accusations here and there. here's one I just saw I thought was funny

I don’t know what to believe with this one. I’ll keep my vinyl and see how it plays out. I’ve seen a few on Twitter and mine looks a little different (not to say it’s genuine). I too got lyrics on mine and she wrote them in lower case rather than capitals like I’ve seen on others.

That is quite comical - though I’m guessing those who received blank CDs didn’t find it funny! I do feel a bit sorry for Banquet here

yeah Banquet has always been great so I wouldn't put the blame on them no matter how it turned out, and now that you mention it I did see someone question the lowercase instead of capital letter thing which they said is how she usually signs

Was curious to see how this was all playing out as of lately and noticed the following

Banquet Records has removed the signed listing

https://www.banquetrecords.com/rita-ora/you-%26-i/4050538889048

As for X (Twitter) people are assuming this is the proof video her team are referring to and the consensus is that the Instagram video was made in June

Is that video even posted any more? I didn't see any point in the one from June where she was signing anything.

Mine just arrived today, and I think unless we get something resembling evidence she signed these, it'll be one for the trash. At least the sleeve.

I never saw any video but was thinking that that screenshot looked kind of staged, shes holding one up to sign but aren't those sealed copies of the album on the table in front of her? and if so then it seems unlikely that she would be unwrapping these one at a time to sign but who knows

Any further analysis or insight on the Banquet ones? I suspect we already really do have our answer, but in case anyone has anything else, I'm tossing this.

I did see someone mention her sister signing for her, but no idea if there's anything behind that. I guess it doesn't really matter - ghostsigned is ghostsigned.
