Thanks to all that replied. I purchased it.  Super excited to own this piece.  The vinyl alone is tough to get let alone the 2 authentic signatures on it.

Those signatures and their qualities look quite good to me from what I can see here and in exemplars. Never heard of the sellers. I saw this early this am, you were here too, but I was way too tired to say anything.

The other guys already said this but John is as legit as they get. I would see him in the city back in the 90's.
