it still reads like the signed artcard is available for all purchases, anyone stumbling across the site will think that is what they are getting .... poor advertising....

Can you point out, or screenshot, where it says "for all purchases"?

No ,I was a stating that 'it read like' that was what it was saying.....I was pointing out that there was ambiguity and that ambiguity will increase sales.... No big deal but I would have expected reference to artcards to be removed after they had sold out.... I would expect reference to artcards to remain throughout the sale campaign if there was, say,  a 1 in 10 chance of getting an artcard.... a bit of transparency would be nice especially 'as stocks last' could refer to the CD and/or vinyl stocks and because I was able to buy the limited edition vinyl (the stock) I might expect an artcard...

I read it that way:

Signed art cards will be added, as long as signed art cards are available. Otherwise the album comes without a signed art card.

Correct. In plain English, it states your order may or may not come with a signed art card depending on availability.

It does seem to me that it would be most professional to remove the signed art card possibility once they are all gone. I totally understand the “while supplies last” language and what it means, but it would be good business to remove ithat statement once they are all gone so the purchaser doesn’t hold out hope  that they might be getting a signed art card and spend money on the cd based on that hope. Instead, it’s kind of a crapshoot.

my thoughts exactly...

.... 'with every order while stocks last'... could read while stocks of the CD and/or limited edition vinyl last.... If it was clear that the stock referred to the artcard then there would be no ambiguity...

Well put. I placed an order and I’m pretty sure I did not get the signed art card because there was no indication of such in my email confirmation. I did contact customer service to see about a refund, but I haven’t heard back yet. I told them to move ahead with the order if there would be a signed art card, but to please cancel it if there is not. I know that’s a bit presumptuous of me, but I do think it’s fair under the circumstances of how they listed things. Especially since they sent me an email directly soliciting my business for the CD with a signed art card, to which I responded by placing an order by clicking the provided link in the email.

There must have been a few folks contact Warner over the confusion on current stock and availability of the signed art card, as I have just received an unsolicited email from Warner advising:

"Thank you for your recent purchase from the Robert Plant Store. We wanted to let you know that your order will contain the signed art card".

I ordered mine soon after it was released on the website and posted here.

I just received the following email update:

Hi [my name],

Thank you for your recent purchase from the Robert Plant Store.

We wanted to let you know that your order will contain the signed art card.

If there’s anything else we can assist you with, feel free to get in touch by replying to this email and someone from our friendly team will assist you further.

Thank you,
Robert Plant Store Support (UK & Europe)

Which email did you use for Warner Brothers ?I used hello@wmgcustomerservice.com
