I would think that autographs ordered from Englund's own website would be pretty solidly legit, and the prices are certainly reasonable.  That being said, I can't really vouch for the quality of the photos/autographs in contrast to any other signings he may have done.

Thanks Richard,   I was just checking to see if anyone knew for sure whether or not it was HIS site and not something operated by a proxy or a fansite....   I do have an update for you though....  I wrote this last night as I was anxiously awaiting the return of an item I sent out to Robert for signing.  I'm alwayw worried doing things through the mail etc.  ANYWAY... I just got the item back and it was signed.   My anxiety is gone.  Thanks for the help..
