Roger Waters... real?

Hi, friends. I've seen this one being sold by a non-autograph-specialized store at a rather low price and I'm wondering if it's authentic. I've seen a lot of Waters' signatures and this looks kinda good to me, but I'd like to double check. What do you all think?

Hi Juan, sorry I've never studied Roger Water signatures, but I wonder which edition this album belongs to. It has a Chinese character on the cover. I've never seen this before. Is it a vinyl record or a CD? Love from China!
