Roger Waters Signed Pink Floyd LP. Is This Authentic?

This is a signed Pink Floyd LP by Roger Waters that I am looking at.  I would like opinions on it authenticity cause I want him in my collection.  Can anyone help?  Thanks.

Even with the baseline a bit off it looks good to me.
