Hi Paul,

No I don't have it listed for sale at all at the moment. I'm not planning on selling it until I know enough about it, how much I could actually feasibly get for it and how the actual process works. Also not sure If I even want to sell it yet! 

There's clearly been a bit of confusion surrounding Les's message!
