I came across this letter from David A. Keene (American political consultant, former Presidential advisor, and newspaper editor. Keene worked for the political campaigns of Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Robert Dole, and Mitt Romney.)
The memo concerns George Clark (Republican leader from Brooklyn and ally of Ronald Reagan).
The memo is a photocopy, but the note is allegedly handwritten by Reagan. It is being sold by a representative of the Raab Collection who I've heard of but have no idea on they're authenticity. Any opinions would be very appreciated!

Good folks at Raab Collection. This looks like Reagan's handwriting back then. I'm not qualified to authenticate it, but the writing style is his to me.

I agree with Steve, that does look like Reagan's handwriting.
