Ronald Reagan Authentic or Not?

I'm sorry but I am very unfamiliar with his signature and what pen he used or if he used autopen. Can anyone give me some input on the attached image. Any and all help is much appreciated.

This would appear to me to likely be either an autopen sig or quite possibly a preprint.
