I think it's good. Now that's an attractive signature. See what the others think.
Thanks james. Picked it up today
Nice going, Joey. Now this is what amazes me when I think about it. So Ruth signed this and sent it through the mail. There must have been some honest mail carriers in 1934. I would think a mailman would be tempted to deliver that postcard to his own address rather than the addressee's address. Of course, we don't actually know if Karl Albig ultimately received this beautiful autograph from the Sultan of Swat. We can only hope he did. But now it's in even better hands - yours! Enjoy that one and congratulations!
lol...if i was that mailman i think i wouldve "accidentally" taken it home. I love how bold it is. Psa gave it a 9. Must be a smear somewhere. Appreciate your help man
Ya, it's a beauty. And it's so much better than just a cut, because there's a story behind it. You can just imagine this guy Karl sitting down and composing a letter to the Babe telling the Babe how much he admired him, and how he would love nothing more than to have the Bambino's (hey...rymthes with Farino...lol!) autograph. That's just a cool piece.
