Seth McFarlane Sketch, signature?

Sent a letter to Fox about 6 weeks ago expressing my lovee for Seth and how he got me into drawing.

Yesterday received this back. The "To Michael" and the "209/300" are in a different marker and can be seen through the back held up to light, the sketch and McFarlane sig cannot which leads me to believe it is a PP and probably from Seth's father maybe.

Not sure what to make of it to be honest

I think you are probably right unfortunately. If you aren't already a member you should join the facebook group Fanmail Autographs (TTM) by RACC.

I know that there are others on the group that have sent to him. Good luck.
