Signed AC/DC full band album with Bon Scott at Gotta Have Rock and Roll auction legit????

Says it comes with a JSA certificate of authenticity. Just making sure it's legit before I bid on it. They do not show the JSA letter in the photos but they say that it's included in the purchase. 

What do you AC/DC experts think?

I requested the JSA letter and it was graded a month ago and they say it's legit. Do you guys agree with this consensus?
