Signed Beatles picture: real or fake?

Hi, picked this item up at a car boot sale. It is a signed Beatles picture, with personal dedication, attached to the the front of the I Feel Fine UK 7" single. Signatures are written in more than one pen type, including what looks like fibre tip (as in John Lennon). Any thoughts welcomed.
