This was apparently obtained via a radio contest in NJ.  It would have been the early 90's if it was on the Erotica tour.

Yes, I think that is a good price. Real Madonna signed PSA or JSA photos often sell for over $500. Actually, authentic Madonna stuff often sells in the Paul McCartney range.
