Signed Van Halen album - Diver Down

I would like to know your opinion about this signed album Van Halen. Im looking for genuine signed album Van Halen (all 4 memberes) No matter if Sammy  or Dave era.

I´m back again - was off yesterday - collecting GOTTHARD autographes backstage. So, regarding VH4 - no I did not ask or opinion, but interesting learn that its not good - it was a trade - AEROSMITH : VAN HALEN. I´ve got Aerosmith very often by myself and was searching vo VH. A friend of mine told me he was able to get VH several times. Think I have to discuss this issue with him...

The Dance The Night Away was obtained at a record fair here in Munich. I never doubt that its not good. Ink looks "old" back to the 80´s.

I´ve more items of VH in my collection - would be glad to have your opinion, too.

It´s a vinyl 7" incl. COA and a DLR Solo Album - check out images attached

The David Lee Roth signature is questionable but I am not willing to say that it is not authentic.

the "Why Cant This Be Love 45 and Roth solo CD are not authentic either.
