Its hard to tell with Sloane. I dont know if he gets items from consignment or not, but he seems to have a mixed bag. There are a few threads on him on here. I have seen him offer forgeries and real items. This one may be good.

This looks good to me. I'm not a fan of signed CDs though because the sigs are often crammed together due to the lack of space to sign. However, this one is nice. I think it's definitely good. Looks just like the in persons I've obtained myself.
