She was at Banquet on Sunday, so I'm not sure how they would have gone out Thursday.

I'm not sure that was Banquet (she is doing a lot of promo at various places). The only scheduled event they had listed was on Sunday the 15th. I did see some fans posting the vinyl/CDs they got signed at that acoustic set and signing. 

I've had good experiences with Banquet, though maybe my sample size isn't huge - or I've been lucky.
